    01 / Pedigree

    Experience shaped by demanding engineering.

Selected team members bring experience from high-performance marine, aerospace and motorsport programmes.

Across high-performance marine, aerospace and specialist engineering programmes, our team has developed a deep understanding of lightweight structures, advanced materials and precision manufacturing. The same principles apply in motorsport.

Every component must perform as intended, manufacturing tolerances matter and weight must be controlled, with materials and processes understood in detail.

    02 / Capability

    Advanced composites for demanding applications.

Carbon fibre allows engineers to achieve exceptional strength and stiffness while reducing weight, but realising those benefits requires more than the right material.

It requires experience in tooling, layup, curing, machining, bonding and assembly. C-Quip provides an end-to-end composite manufacturing capability, supporting projects from early concept development through to finished components and assemblies.

    Structural & aerodynamic components

    Performance starts with weight.

C-Quip manufactures high-performance carbon fibre components for structural, aerodynamic and cosmetic applications where low weight, stiffness and precision are essential.

From aerodynamic surfaces and body components through to structural composite assemblies, we work with customers to develop solutions that balance performance, manufacturability and finish, using advanced tooling, controlled manufacturing environments and autoclave curing to produce complex components to demanding specifications.

    03 / How we work

From complex concept to finished component.

C-Quip supports the manufacturing journey, from first drawing to finished assembly. The full process, from design and tooling through to manufacture and assembly, is set out on our technology and facilities page.

    04 / Work with us

A partnership built around your project.

The best specialist engineering partnerships are collaborative. We work closely with customers, designers and engineering teams to understand the performance requirements behind each project, responding, adapting and solving problems without unnecessary layers of process.
