Custom design & manufacture

    Custom superyacht equipment

From adapting an existing C-Quip product to creating an entirely bespoke solution, we design and manufacture equipment around your vessel’s requirements.

Working with shipyards, naval architects, owners’ representatives and crew, we bring together practical design, carbon fibre expertise and carefully executed finishes.

Two ways to work with C-Quip

    Built around your requirements

Your project may start with a proven C-Quip design or a requirement that calls for something new.

    01

    Customise an existing product

Adapt a product from our range to suit your vessel. Discuss the dimensions, configuration, fittings and finish with our team to establish the right solution for your requirements.

    02

    Develop something bespoke

Bring us your brief, drawings or initial idea. Our design and manufacturing team can work with you to develop custom equipment, considering how it will look, function and integrate with your yacht.

    Design through to delivery

From your brief to finished equipment

We bring together carbon fibre design and manufacture, metalwork, finishes and, where required, hydraulic or electrical systems. Each is considered as part of the complete piece of equipment.

    01

    Understand the brief

We begin by discussing the equipment’s intended use, the vessel and the requirements that will shape the design. This establishes the scope and helps identify the right approach.

    02

    Design and engineer

Concept drawings and 3D modelling help develop the solution and communicate how it will fit. Structural analysis is used where appropriate, with the design agreed before manufacture.

    03

    Manufacture and test

Our team combines carbon fibre manufacturing with the required fittings, finishes and systems. Equipment is assembled and tested before delivery.

    04

    Deliver and support

We coordinate delivery and provide technical support during installation. Any requirement for on-site assistance can be discussed as part of the project.

    Your custom project

    Let’s discuss your custom equipment.

Whether you’re adapting an existing product or developing something bespoke, tell us what the equipment needs to do and which vessel it is for.

Share any drawings, photographs, dimensions or delivery requirements you already have. An initial description is enough to start the conversation.
